I used the shakes to gain and maintain weight, because often I don’t feel like eating or eat too little.
My favourite Plenny Shake is Chocolate. I also like Apple & Cinnamon and Coconut. I’m trying Passionfruit.
My favourite Plenny Pot is Vegetable Korma rice and I want to try Tikka Masala. The Cajun Pasta is okay, but I prefer real pasta. I don’t want to try Satay Noodle or Mushroom Risotto.
I don’t drink:
- Vanilla, Pistachio and Caramel Seasalt flavor due to disliking the flavor.
- Strawberry, Banana and Berries flavor as I have them fresh.
- Coffee flavor due to the caffeine content.
The bars are too chewy, but I like the flavors of Apfelstrudel, Almond & Fig, Chocolate. I don’t like the Vanilla, Hazelnut Coffee, Mocha, or Cherry.
