Hi, sorry for my bad English.
I suffer from eosinophilic esophagitis (autoimmune disease triggered by a kind of allergy), one of the remedies to control the disease is a exclusion diet to identify and eliminate the allergen.
Among the options is the elementary diet.
Can Plenny Shake v3.0 be for me?

There’s an extensive list of all the ingredients in the shake. If the shake doesn’t contain the allergens you’re testing, then yes. Though ask your doctor if it’s wise. An exclusion diet is a loooong process.
