Is there supposed to be a scoop included?

Hi. I just got my order of Plenny shakes, and it says I should mix with 3,5 scoops of powder. Are scoops some standard measurements I don’t know about or did I not get a scoop that was supposed to come with?
There was no scoop included in the package so I’m a bit confused over how much I should mix with the water. I don’t have a scale to measure in grams.

Grateful for any help.

During the ordering procedure, you should have come across a checkbox “Add free scoop (uncheck to save the environment)” which is unchecked by default.
So, if you want a scoop with your order, you have to mark this box. Guess you missed it.
