Replacement Request

Since my last email to the support team was not answered, I thought I might try here.

I’ve recently been diagnosed with a caffeine allergy and therefore need to eliminate it out of my diet completely.

I still have a sealed Plenny Shake Active Big Bag in Chai Latte flavor at home which unfortunately contains caffeine. It will expire at the end of April this year.

Can I exchange this bag for another one without caffeine?

Would appreciate an answer.
