Because our products are so dry, microbiological contamination is as good as impossible as long as the product stays dry. So if you kept the product closed I think you are still safe with using it!
Good to know I needn’t rush on the last of my September 2017 batch. I ended up liking vanilla way more than the others and have quite a few older bags of other flavours (with the old company name on them).
