hi everyone, I see there is a misunderstanding here! I will explain a bit more what is going on.
So we will remove the time tokens but you can redeem them until the 30 of September for discount codes. Those codes can be used later on, no worries!
Here is a screenshot of the options you have
To use your Time tokens, start by logging into your account on our website, where you can easily check your token balance in the rewards section. With the green button at the bottom of the page, you will be able to browse the available options for redemption, including discounts on future orders or free products. After selecting a reward, the discount code will become available for use during checkout, where you can apply it to your order.
If you are planning to use it with a subscription, send us the discount codes to love@jimmyjoy.com and we will add them manually.
An alternative is to create a one-time discount code valid for all your time tokens.

Did you mess up the date? It’s still 30 of September (I’m in the same timezone as you) and the time tokens are gone? The entire rewards page is gone and replaced with refer-a-friend (menu still says Rewards & Refer-a-Friend and points to the old page jimmyjoy.com/pages/rewards). I waited for the last day to increase odds of a new bar and to drain my stock as much as possible
I also was not informed about tokens going away, I just happened to see a user mentioning it. You really should have emailed everyone about this. Instagram stories is also not a great place to put information as that is only available to people with an account.
Btw, why does the refer a friend page ask for my name and email when I already have an account? Why not just give us a link to share? Or at least ask for the email for the person I want to invite? Also the account button says Log in when I’m already logged in.
Does it show you the “rewards” button in the bottom right corner? If so, just click that (and then if needed scroll down to “ways to redeem”) and you should be fine.
But I agree that this whole thing was very poorly handled, I also didn’t get an E-Mail
Oops i just realized i forgot to claim my time tokens… Now I both wanna know how many time tokens i had, and also dont wanna know…

OK i just calculated, it might have been like 150 euro worth of giftcards max, thats not that bad. Ive made worse mistakes that cost me 20x more money lol.
