Not really Christmas cookies, but who cares.
150g vanilla JJ
125g powdered sugar
150g coarsly chopped almonds
2 eggs (I know, but Im sure any egg replacement will do)
1 tsp baking soda
- Form three lines on a baking plate, but make sure they’re not too broad or they wont bake properly.
- Put in a cold oven and turn on at 180 degrees C for twenty minutes.
- Turn off oven, and chop the lines into pieces of 1cm and make sure there is space between them.
- Put the cookies back info the still warm oven and let them dry for around fifteen minutes.
