Plenny Pot: How do vitamins behave with heat?

Hi Jimmy, hi everyone,

It seems to me that some vitamins don’t like heat. So I was wondering if you had tested the vitamin levels of Plenny Pots after being heated?

I’m not an expert in nutrition at all, so maybe I’m completely wrong, so if you have some information about this it would be great

I’m sorry if the question has already been asked, I didn’t find anything related to this.

Thanks for all your work

Hi Akiat!

Never apologize for asking questions

It is known that Vitamins can de degraded by heat so in order to ensure that we are providing our customers with the correct amount of Vitamins we include overages in our formulas to incorporate this loss. Overages can range from 20-50% depending on the vitamin. The minerals however that are not effected be heat. We perform regular checks and tests to ensure that the product contains exactly what we are offering.

Hi Daniel,

Thank you very much for your answer

So the vitamins amounts written on the pot are the ones (an approximation) obtained after the “cooking” ?

Thank you again for your products

Correctemundo, we deliver on that promise!
