On your FAQ it states that there is a sample pack to try, but the link to this is broken? Is there a sample pack at all?

they may have switched the sample pack for the starter box.

We got rid of the sample pack as we felt it did not give the best possible first experience with the products. You can now get the starter box or individually order whatever you want from the individual product pages.
