This is my first time purchasing from JimmyJoy, I was quite excited to get going and ordered a starter box, however I think it will be my last order given my experience to date.
The shipping / update information is clunky, not smooth or user friendly at all. No updates online, download an app (shop) that provides the same information - when I click the link directly to the courier they cannot find my order number?
This needs looking into asap from a customer experience perspective.
It would be good to know how long it takes from placing an order to it being delivered in the UK?
My starter box has just cleared customs in Germany after two days and I have no further updates and my concern is it will take a long time to arrive.
Whats JimmyJoys thoughts on this?
