I’m super new here looking to order my first batch of joy, I’ve been looking around and I do not see what shipping method is used for delivering the joy, is it by courier? I need to know this so I can put an appropriate shipping address.

Hey there, welcome!
In my experience, shipping to Italy is handled by multiple courier companies from beginning to end, including one of the major national companies for the last leg of the delivery (I get an additional tracking code the evening before, when they get handed the package).
I usually choose to have it delivered to my office, so I make sure to specify my company name as part of the address.
