FYI: Rapeseed oil is low in saturated fatty acids. On top of that, it has an excellent ratio of α-linolenic acid to linoleic acid, better known as omega-3 and -6 fatty acids. These beneficial polyunsaturated fats are important because they help prevent heart disease and strokes.
