Did the vanilla bars' formula change?

I’ve just opened a new box of bars, and they taste a bit different, are a bit softer and more oily. I honestly prefer the regular taste, this is the first time i encounter this. Did anything change about the recipe or is it just a weird batch?

Not sure where to find the batch number, could only find best before date and time: 11/Jan/2023 09:28

It sounds like you have a fresher batch of Plenny Bars. The newer they are the softer/crunchier the bite. As time passes they dry up a little and get slightly harder.

Ohhh hmm but the taste is also affected. But i guess taste reception depends on the texture as well… I hope that they will dry up fast :sweat_smile:
