Different body reaction to different flavours

Has anyone noticed your body react differently when switching to another plenny shake flavour? I’ve been using chai latte exclusively for 2/3 of my meals for ~2 months. Now i’ve switched to vanilla and my bowel movements are showing the same signs i had during the initial adaptation period. I thought that ingredients were basically the same except for caffeine, l-theanine and flavourings, but it seems like something makes my body react differently to these flavours :thinking:

Isn’t caffeine one of those things that the body actively tries to get rid of? It seems like a fairly logical ingredient to affect these things.

Ohh hmm good point it’s just i thought that this might be a thing to notice when starting to use caffeine, not when quitting it
