I usually do my lunch shake the night before, keep it in the fridge until needed - thickens it up nicely.
However, when I forget, I sometimes put in the freezer for 30mins as it seems to have about the same effect.
Any issues with? Would freezing have any negative effects on the shake?
And what if I left it in there and it completely froze? OK to eat it frozen/let it thaw and drink?
