How exactly do supscriptions work/ is this whats supposed to happen?

Hello,
having tried out plenny shake for a bit I decided to place a subscription, however when I clicked on the “subscribe” button it greyed out and nothing else happened. I did not get an email confirming anything and there is no “Subscription” tab in my profile (there is no new order logged either).
I tried to order 5 bags in 8 week intervals if that is important.
