Has anybody used JJ to make iced cream, or know of a good recipe? There’s so many flavours I’d love to try!
It sounds like a good idea. Do you have an ice cream maker? I have made ice cream using coconut cream, and that works out fine. I have never tried to make low fat ice cream, but I know that in general you need a lot of fat. It is possible JJ does not have enough.
What i do is place a plenny drink in the freezer and after i know its frozen i just cut the pack in half and i have a delicious ice cream to scoop with a spoon:-)
