Missing order no infos

Hello. I am waiting for my order that was scheduled for 23.3 but still no infos about it.
Tough i sent 2 mails i got no replay jet.

Tracking number is usselless.
UPS delivery told me that they havent got package jet(!!!)

I belive i dont wont jimmyjoy-plennyshake any more so i wana refund of my payment
