Much longer packing time than it said on webpage

Hi jimmyjoy-plennyshake. Just got an email that my order was shipped now. 11 days after I ordered. On the webpage it said at the time that ETA was 3 days plus shipping. If you want to avoid people getting disappointed (like me), I think you might want to look into making more realistic estimates.

Guess in fairness you could argue that 2x2 of those days were weekend days, but in that case it’s still 7 days before shipping.

I wrote them about that earlier today! I was told last Friday it would be shipped on Monday. I have been travelling across some time zones so time seems a bit fuzzy, but come on, I want my jimmyjoy-plennyshake.

I’m so sorry to hear your orders are taking so long. We have been having some delays due to a few products running out of stock but I completely agree that 7 business days is unacceptable! We are doing our very best to reduce these delays and have orders shipped within 24 hours once again.

Mine said 4 days plus shipping took almost 2 weeks, but I am glad it arrived!! Now hopefully my next order will be faster…because I will be doing another order soon!

Also doing the monthly subscription will make thing better??

This dosen’t look good… If my shipment doesen’t show up in next week I’ll starve… spent my last food money on this… Last month it took 4 days from order to delivery… What happend?

My order (R803345967) was placed on 15th and is still “queued for packaging” so… I hope they get them sorted out soon. If there is a problem with shipping or availability or bad batches or whatever the reason is I’d appreciate if they stated it somewhere and possibly changed the ETA on the page as it still says 3 days + shipping. Lack of information is unnerving.

I just took a peek at your orders and see they all unfortunately have not shipped out yet because vanilla is out of stock :pensive: My apologies for the delay and lack of communication about this! I just checked up on your order and see it unfortunately has not shipped out yet because our vegan products are out of stock. We’re so sorry about that! We expect to have these back in within two weeks or so. If you don’t wish to wait we can of course swop your vegan bags for any other regular flavour and ship out your parcel immediately. Just let me know if you would like me to do so!
