Are there currently delays with shipping orders? I placed an order last week, but so far the tracking number indicates that DPD haven’t yet collected my order.

Unfortunately, due to the Corona crisis and all the logistical issues this comes with, DPD wasn’t able to pick up any packages last week on Thursday and Friday. Unfortunately we were closed on Monday for our national holiday Koningsdag (Kingsday), so all those orders will be shipped out today and tomorrow. They will be coming with extra trucks, so we’ll have all those orders shipped out shortly.
