Switching from Soylent Powder to Plenny Shakes – Mixing Advice Needed!

So I’ve been using the Soylent Powder, and want to try something else for a while. That said, I’ve been happy with making a whole bag of the Soylent Powder and just filling up the rest of the Takeya 2 Liter Pitcher with water – super simple. I’d like to figure out something equally simple with a whole bag (or maybe a half bag? What’s an easy way to measure that??) that I can make all at once, place in the fridge, and then just pour out smaller bags as needed. What are people’s advice for simply and easily making relatively large quantities in one setting?

Hi @Gavinfoxx

Welcome aboard! One bag is 10 meals / 4,000 calories. So it depends on your goals on how much you want to make for 1 day. Are you trying to lose weight, gain some muscle, or simply trying to live a little healthier?

The best and most accurate way would be to use a simple kitchen scale to measure the weight.
