"There was an error in the third-party application."

When trying to manage my subscription, I get this error: “There was an error in the third-party application.”
I’ve tried multiple browsers but I get the same message. I’ve been trying everyday for the past 5 days and when email customer support they just helped me manage my subscription but no update on the issue itself.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a general issue.
My steps: Click my account icon; sign in; click manage subscriptions.
