I’ve been looking at the ingredients of the Plenny Shake and some vitamins (e.g. Vitamin A) are only reach 20% of the recommended intake. I need 1400 calories to maintain my weight, so if I’d fill that only with Plenny Shakes I wouldn’t be able to reach the recommended intake for those vitamins. Do I need to supplement those or do those vitamin/mineral needs scale down with lower calorie need?
