The order has been marked as ready for the last 3 days, does it mean you’ve sent the package?

This means the order came through correctly and will soon be processed for shipment 
Once the order is sent, it should say “shipped” and you’ll receive the tracking info by email as well.

so what is the holdup? Up till now my orders have always been shipped within one or two days and now its been four but still the order has not been processed.
It worries me since my friends order has also been stuck on “queued” for about a week so I’m beginning to wonder if you are having issues.
