Why are the Bars "unhealthy" if compared to the powdered form?

Any chance of getting a fattier version of the powder?

I’m thinking about switching from Soylent but I prefer their product because of the higher fat content. There’s tons of research coming out now about carbs and obesity & related diseases and I’m thinking >2:1 carbs to fat is kinda ridiculous, I don’t want to become less healthy to save time.
