10 days "detox" Jimmy Joy + Gym

Hi guys!

I have started going to the gym (finally) and I was planning to do a 10 day detox just taking Jimmy Joy. I’m going to the gym 4/5 days a week and the times I go to the gym is from 07:00 to 08:00, then work from 09:00 to 17:30.

I was thinking if someone has a similar routine that could tell me when would be best to take the shakes and how many times a day. I’ve already purchased the sport (30 meals).

I don’t use Sport, but when I do get a good run at the gym (travel a lot for work for it’s tough to find gyms and time!) I would suggest that you go to the gym on an empty stomach, or perhaps a pre-workout supplement. Then immediately after the gym have your Sport. But after you use Sport for 30 days, stop for a week, then start taking it again. This would be due to the creatine inside Sport. You need to take regular breaks so your body doesn’t get too used to creatine. Otherwise when you stop taking it, you just turn to fat!
