I have been on jimmyjoy-plennyshake for a short while now and think it is great. I train every lunchtime in work and do not want to spend 15 minutes or so eating/rushing lunch in the kitchen but we are not allowed to eat at our desks … however we can drink at our desks hence jimmyjoy-plennyshake has become a fantastic resource!
I go through two jimmyjoy-plennyshake meals a day along with the whey shake after lunch. It seems perfect, it stops me feeling hungry and my training seems to be going okay (I am fighting this weekend so I guess I will find out them!).
