Delivery delays


It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered, still no movement to the UK, stuck in Europe.

This is going to be blamed on brexit, but surely this should have been sorted by you before getting to this stage. It should not have come as a suprise.

Other items I have ordered from the EU have arrived without issue or delay.

When will you sort this out please, is destroying customer confidence and loyalty in the UK.
