I just want to let everyone here know, that Jimmy Joy has a great Customer Support.
Some days ago my old shaker bottle (from december 2016) suddenly melted in the dishwasher, so that it was not possible to close it anymore.
After contacting the support they replied very quickly and after a short describtion of my problem the support assured that I will receive a new one after the weekend.
