Intermittent Fasting and Water Soluble Vitamins

Since water soluble vitamins are excreted in urine when you take too much in one go, would this mean for those that do intermittent fasting or have fewer but larger meals will be losing a lot more of the vitamins in their urine compared to those who have smaller meals spread through the day?

Have been planning on taking my entire 2000 calories worth in about 1-2 hours, fasting the rest of the day and the thought occurred to me that the water soluble vitamins might be too much for my body and I’d pee them away :laughing:

Is this what would happen?

Great question, although I have no personal experience in fasting whatsoever. I’m sure other customers will have some input here!
