Ordered since the 03/01. JJ said order was dispatched. I’m from the UK.
Nonetheless, neither Fedex nor Hermes has actually the package, and they have been waiting for the shipper to give them my package ever since then.
I do not think this is fair, and would appreciate help on this matter. You cannot mark an order as dispatched and then fail to deliver it to the carrier immediately afterwards.
