The cold days of winters are here, sometimes it feels nice to have…well a soup.
I thought I’d try something new: mix some neutral-flavour Jimmy Joy with vegetable stock. I let the stock cool down before mixing it, so that it’s warm but not boiling. (extra: topped with some spring onions and coriander =D )
I have to say, it felt like drinking a thick creamy soup. Of course the stock would alter the balance of nutrient, but I’m pretty pleased about the taste.
I was thinking about doing something similar a couple days ago, but I was skeptical since I only have banana and vainilla flavoured ones and I don’t really see vanilla soup being something edible. Now that I know that, at least with the neutral flavored one is edible (and even nice) I might try with my flavours and see what do I get. Thanks!!
