@mort Iād love to see a clustering of peopleās preferences: I wonder if there are clear clusters of similar tastes, or if itās randomly all over the place.

Our products are all vegan, so no lactose etc. However we are not officially gluten-free because our ingredients, although they themselves are gluten-free, come from facilities that also process products that are NOT gluten-free. Since thereās a risk of cross-contamination Iām afraid we cannot guarantee gluten-free products
