Out of stock before out of stock

If I made an order that included:

  • speculaas
  • vainilla (out of stock currently)

SO, if speculass will get sold out before you restock vanilla, that means I will not be able to receive speculaas and will have to ask for refund?

It actually doesn’t work like that, as you “reserve” the bags from our stock when you place an order. This means that, whenever you place an order including out-of-stock-vanilla and speculaas, the speculaas bags you ordered will be held as well until vanilla is back in and your order is ready to ship!

Also, vanilla actually just came back in stock :slight_smile:
