As I find it hard to estimate how much additional fluids one needs on a pure liquid/shake diet I wanted to ask you how much you drink, and what kind of fluids. Do you drink less water and more things with liquid calories to meet your energy needs with less fluid? Do you get a dry mouth from too sweet or too salty drinks, or drinks containing caffeine?
Especially when someone lives on 100% shakes it is very difficult to get the fluid balance question right.
So how do you handle it? And how much of your nutrition consists of shakes?
