Make a wish! What do you want Jimmy Joy to do in 2022?

I’d love to see unflavoured standard Plenny Shakes.

I know the Active products offer unflavoured, but paying more to remove the flavouring just doesn’t feel right to me.

I’d love JJ to stop discontinuing products without asking / giving opportunity to the customers to steer it. Something like “Mango is doing poorly, buy more of it or we’ll have to discontinue”. Like, not really meant to sound as a threaten but you get what I mean, hopefully

Wow, thanks for the input @Ebi, very much appreciated and you may have some jackpots in there even.
I have forwarded it all to the R&D department and hope to see some of the suggestions back in the future.

On this, I can already inform you this will not be an option. The sizes are based on an average adult and going for a smaller portion next to the current one would not be doable price-wise. If you structurally are on that amount of calories, you may want to consider supplementing it to get to the recommended intake of nutrients.

:green_heart:

The Plenny Shake Active - Neutral is indeed more expensive compared to the non-Active products, but the bag also holds 25 meals instead of 10 and an increased protein amount. All in all, one meal with the Active costs 1.52,- Euro and the non-Active 1.35,- Euro per meal. The difference in price is in the additional protein and the convenience of having a bigger bag.

Nevertheless, I will forward your request to the right desks, thanks! :green_heart:

Let me start with saying we never like to discontinue anything. We are very aware all of the products have their very own hardcore fanbase and we will always disappoint some when this happens.
The decisions are based on popularity which is measured by sales. If we would ask our customers which one to discontinue, it would result in a lot of subjective results and may be influenced by a few very hardcore fans of one of the choices.
Of course, if it would ever be between 2, we would for sure check in with our customers for their input.

I get where you are coming from for sure, but yeah, making threats and forcing people to but something is not really our way of doing things

  1. I would be glad if there were economic alternatives to plenny pots. Specifically hot fast food in a big bags.
  2. Updated reward system. Currently, long-term consumers quickly run out of good options to spend time tokens.

It’s the hutspot right? Just kidding. :joy:

Oh, that’s too bad especially if it will never be an option…
Maybe it’s an idea to do an article on tips to still get in enough nutrients for those who would like to make Jimmy Joy their main food source, but need less/are on a diet?

Personally, I’m already taking a multivitamin. But, honestly I have no idea regarding protein/carbs/fat and how to supplement those when on a reduced calorie diet with Jimmy Joy.

Maybe I should take up spinning to make up for the remaining 500 calories. :upside_down_face:

Thanks for your input, we are currently on it for both suggestions already.
Feel free to check in with us through the Live Chat or love@jimmyjoy.com for anything you run into regarding the Rewards/Time Tokens, we are always happy to assist where we can and will be flexible where possible.

Fair points! In that case, the best way forward would be to have a professional take a look at your personal situation and dietary needs. You could then discuss your current intake in combination with the Jimmy Joy products of your choice so all fits your specific needs. As all humans are differently, it’s not that easy for us to write an article on how we would advise intake per situation, I am sure you understand that. We are not doctors and our products are based on an average adult’s daily needs, so for a specific diet based on your body and needs, we would need to recommend checking in with a professional.

I am not sure if you’ve already seen this part of our website: Health & Nutrition articles | Jimmy Joy, it holds a wide range of articles that could be of use in your research towards your perfect balance with our products.

We very much hope you will find your way in it, and if there’s anything we can do to assist to get there, let us know.

Thank you for your reply. It is not that I ran into some problems. The hanging question at the moment is that I almost ran out of coupons, so a more beneficial option for me is to create a new account than to stay “loyal”.

I see now how you meant it. In that case, I would invite you to our Live Chat or to reach out through email on love@jimmyjoy.com so we can have a look at the account and tokens to see how we can assist. We’re flexible, a little more even when it comes to our more loyal customers so I am sure we can get to some solution in this case with you.

Bring back the Pizza Bars! You could make some limited edition version and only produce them a few times a year. Some people really loved them…

Plus more flavours of the Plenny Drink. They are really convenient and taste much better (in my opinion) than the shakes.

+1 to the new Plenny Drink flavours. I also think they taste better than the shakes, and the texture is not gritty at all, which makes them even more milkshake-like.

For the pots, would love to see mac and cheese flavour?

For the shakes, Blueberry Cheesecake flavour would be nice? :yum::drooling_face:

More Plenny Bar flavors – even at the cost at sorting out flavors that don’t perform. I am glad more are supposed to come in September. Keep them coming!

Just this morning someone else suggested blueberry cheesecake, again! We’ll check what is possible! and about the mac and cheese… :smirk:

USA customer…

  • Offer the noodle meals, XL Bags
  • Do not ship expired food, I have received some
  • Be included in taste tests. Free samples with subscription
  • Do a better job with packing shipments, see photo of my last shipment. I should be excited and delighted to recieve a package. Just feels sloppy and unwelcoming
  • Offer Shirts and accessories to US customers. Its free advertising for you.

Hello there! I’m really hoping that you’d be able to add Neutral, or just a shake that maximizes health. I understand and respect the work that’s gone into making your shakes not only nutritious, but tasty on the side. That being said, for folks like myself that eyeball those 3.3g of sugar like they’re some kind of weird stick insect, and don’t tolerate the extra protein in Active well, we’d appreciate a flavor for us. Thank you again for all the work you’ve done!

Suggestions noted, thank you! :green_heart:

Again I would love to buy soy-free food for my wife and will happily stop purchasing them from Jake. JimmyJoy is the better company IMHO.
